Ik bestelde mijn lounge op een zaterdag. 13 dagen later werd hij geleverd. De transporteur telefoneerde mij voordien zodat ik thuis kon zijn. De zetel was goed ingepakt (geen enkele transportschade) Vanuit milieu-oogpunt iets te veel verpakkingsmateriaal gebruikt. Aan de zetel was nog een beetje montagewerk – omdat er geen handleiding was – was mijn werk niet van de eerste keer perfect. Maar onthou vooral dat ik een tevreden klant ben.
